Magic Bits Corundum Blunt Cone — Extra-Soft Abrasive
The Magic Bits Corundum Blunt Cone is an extra-soft manicure drill bit designed for delicate work on the natural nail plate.
Its fine corundum abrasive gently removes pterygium from the nail surface, smooths peeling areas along the free edge, and cleans away small remnants of previous coatings without aggressive filing.
The bit can also be used as a gentle buffer to remove surface shine from the natural nail plate before applying a long-lasting nail coating.
The blunt cone shape provides a wide working surface and allows controlled, even contact with the nail plate. The extra-soft abrasive makes the bit suitable for careful nail preparation and finishing procedures.
The shank diameter is 2.35 mm, the universal standard size compatible with most professional manicure and pedicure e-file machines.
Recommended operating speed: 12,000–17,000 RPM.
Please note: The exact size and shape of the drill bits may vary slightly within the manufacturer’s production tolerances. These variations do not affect the performance, intended purpose, or main properties of the tool.

Cleaning and Sterilization
IMPORTANT: Corundum bits must be thoroughly air-dried before dry-heat sterilization. Due to the porous structure of corundum, residual moisture may remain inside the abrasive head. When heated, this moisture turns into steam and may cause cracking, chipping, or structural damage to the bit. Do not place a wet or insufficiently dried corundum bit into a dry-heat sterilizer.
After each use, the bit must be properly cleaned, disinfected and sterilized:
1. Clean the bit using an ultrasonic cleaner or a brush.
2. Soak it in a disinfectant solution according to the instructions on the disinfectant packaging.
3. Rinse under running water; distilled water is preferable.
4. Dry on a clean towel.
5. Sterilize using a dry-heat sterilizer, autoclave or glass bead sterilizer, as with any professional manicure instrument.
