Barrel Round Edged 5.0 mm is a professional diamond drill bit designed for pedicure and podology procedures. It is suitable for working on toenails, including shortening the nail length and reducing the thickness of the nail plate.

The rounded-edge barrel shape provides a safer and more comfortable contact with the working area, making the bit especially convenient for controlled treatment around the toenails and lateral nail folds. It can also be used to remove keratosis from the toe pads and sidewalls.

Compared to a sharp-edged barrel, the rounded edge allows smoother movement and helps reduce the risk of accidental scratching or catching the skin during work.

For the best result, it is important to choose the optimal size and grit level according to the procedure, the condition of the nail plate, and the skin type. Cleaning and Sterilization

After each use, the bit must be properly cleaned, disinfected and sterilized:

2. 2. Soak it in a disinfectant solution according to the instructions on the disinfectant packaging.

3. 3. Rinse under running water; distilled water is preferable.

4. 4. Dry on a clean towel.

5. 5. Sterilize using a dry-heat sterilizer, autoclave or glass bead sterilizer, as with any professional manicure instrument.
